For creating and ensuring a safe classroom environment, the PVS has several key strategies: -
- Establish Clear Rules.
- Positive Relationships to foster respect and empathy among students and between students and teachers.
- Encourage Open Communication to create a safe space for students to share concerns or issues.
- Supervise Actively by monitoring students behavior and intervene when necessary.
- Promote Emotional Intelligence by inculcating core values of empathy, self-awareness, and conflict resolution skills.
- Involve Parents by keeping them informed and engaged in their child's safety and well-being.
