Prakriti Valley School, Dehra Dun is a social commitment. While it is intended that the School becomes self sufficient in years ahead, it will always be value for money for the parent community. It is expected that at full strength, the School will meet all its operational expenses from its own revenue earnings. Surplus funds generated by the School will be used to service and repay capital borrowings, cater for school improvement & expansion and provide aid to meritorious students.
Prakriti Valley School has qualified and experienced faculty, spacious and technology enabled classrooms, dedicated activity centres and integrated sports arena along with playing fields for various sporting disciplines providing the right environment and enabling quality education.
The Board shall be appropriately augmented, strengthened and enriched by the appointment of eminent and experienced people from the field of education and society in general. Headmaster of the School shall be an Ex-Officio Member of the Board and serve as its Secretary.
Mr. Rajiv Berry son of Late Mr. R.K Berry, is an eminent industrialist of Dehra Dun. He did his schooling from Dehra Dun and after completing is Graduation in Commerce he joined the family business of Lamp manufacturing & Jewellery retailing. He holds an invaluable experience of over four decades in diverse businesses; and was honored with the prestigious Uttrakhand Ratan in the year 2010.
Under his leadership and perseverance the lamp business flourished to great heights and the company was a major partner in making Dehra Dun the largest miniature lamp manufacturing city in India and a lamp producing cluster recognized by the Central Govt. The lamp business continues to supply specialized products with exclusivity to some of the most prestigious organizations in India as OEMs including Indian Railways. Over the years he has guided the business by venturing into diverse fields viz., supply chain management and services, warehousing leasing etc with various multinational and Indian companies as esteemed Clients.
Mr Rajiv Berry is associated with various social, educational, religious and cultural committees and is actively involved in their functioning, viz.
